Openings are available for:

• A shared caseload between Lancashire and Maple Lane Elementary Schools
• A dedicated role at Mount Pleasant Elementary
• A split caseload across middle and high school settings

Key qualifications:

• Current and valid Delaware Occupational Therapist (OT) license (required for consideration)
• Previous experience providing OT services in a school setting is highly desirable
• Strong skills in evaluation, IEP development, documentation, and supporting diverse student needs
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to engage with students, families, and school staff
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Willingness and ability to complete required $85 CBC fingerprinting

What you’ll do:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy in accordance with IEPs
• Develop intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
• Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and school teams
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
• Engage in IEP meetings and present assessment findings and recommendations

This is a full-time contract commitment (Monday through Friday, approximately 37.5 hours per week, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch) for the 2026-2027 academic year.
