The ideal candidate will hold a current license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), allowing them to deliver impactful therapeutic services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, tailoring individualized treatment plans that align with each client's goals and challenges.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using a variety of modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, to facilitate healing and growth.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to client welfare.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, utilizing crisis management techniques to de-escalate situations and ensure immediate support.
\n
• Participate in community outreach efforts, hosting workshops and seminars to foster mental health education and awareness throughout Macon-Bibb County and beyond.

Our ideal therapist will work with a wide array of clientele, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families struggling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Possess a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n
