Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to establish treatment goals and develop tailored intervention strategies for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide holistic care and coordinate clients' treatment plans.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, employing electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment through continuous educational opportunities and workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse population of clients, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. As you work from a community health clinic perspective, you will encounter individuals from various backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges and stories. Your role will be critical in reducing barriers to accessing mental health services and promoting mental wellness within the Vail community.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, based on your caseload and experience.
