Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans, incorporating client input and preferences.

  Provide evidence-based therapeutic services using a range of methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, to individuals, couples, and groups.

  Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health care professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients, discussing treatment progress and adjusting plans as necessary.

  Offer crisis intervention support to clients in acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and safety planning to maintain client safety.

  Engage actively in community outreach initiatives, collaborating with local organizations to raise awareness about mental health issues and available resources.

Qualifications\n

  A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

  Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively engage with a diverse client base.

Preferred Experience\n

  At least two years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling, preferably in a community health setting or via telehealth.
