Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial client assessments to evaluate mental health status and identify treatment needs.

• Develop individualized therapy plans that address the specific issues faced by clients, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions (in-person or teletherapy) to monitor progress while providing clients with practical tools and strategies for overcoming challenges.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, making referrals as necessary to ensure comprehensive care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in counseling and mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, major depressive disorders, substance use issues, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to an attractive salary, the role includes an enticing sign-on bonus.
