Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to meet clients’ unique mental health needs.

• Provide effective therapeutic interventions using evidence-based methodologies, tailoring approaches to fit the individual's goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in accordance with privacy laws and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to coordinate care and ensure that clients receive holistic support.

• Engage in continuous education and training to stay current with advancements in mental health practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Uplift Oneself Counseling Center, you will work with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our client population is diverse, encompassing various cultural, social, and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to support individuals dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more, making your role crucial in helping them navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.

• Proficiency in telehealth practices and the ability to provide effective therapy through virtual platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy in an outpatient setting.

• Strong background in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar approaches.

• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with clients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
