Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to develop tailored, evidence-based therapy strategies for each client.

• Provide individual, group, family, and couples therapy using a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a cohesive treatment plan that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with all ethical and legal standards, ensuring that client privacy is respected.

• Engage in regular training and professional development workshops to remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment and strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Stanford Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse population of clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required for this position.
