Though primarily remote, some collaborative in-person meetings may occur as needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify the needs of patients, ensuring they receive personalized and actionable treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to provide effective counseling to individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a supportive community for patients dealing with similar mental health challenges.

• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow counselors to coordinate comprehensive patient care that addresses all aspects of individuals' mental health.

• Respond to mental health crises by providing immediate intervention services and developing appropriate follow-up plans.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and the multitude of community resources available for additional support.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation aligned with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health treatment practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in New Jersey is required.

• Strong foundation in mental health disorders and knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive mental health evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Prior experience in delivering both individual and group therapy sessions is highly desirable.
