Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and goals, tailoring your approach to each individual.

• Lead evidence-based therapy sessions—both individually and in group settings—addressing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and more, to help clients navigate their unique challenges.

• Craft personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and intervention strategies, continually adjusting them based on client progress and feedback.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during acute mental health episodes, ensuring clients feel safe and understood during their most challenging moments.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records that document assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and measurable outcomes, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
