Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for clients and families.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, as well as individual therapy for each partner.
\n
• Addressing a wide array of issues including but not limited to alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, communication difficulties, and adjustment issues related to separation and divorce.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices during therapy, while remaining adaptable to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
\n
• Documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes thoroughly and accurately in compliance with state regulations.
\n
• Participating in clinical supervision and staff meetings to enhance personal and professional development.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. The center is focused on providing therapeutic support to those struggling with a variety of issues such as:

• Interpersonal conflicts, including sibling disputes and mother-daughter conflicts.
\n
• Adjustment challenges related to blended families and remarriages.
\n
• Emotional distress from job-related stress and medical issues.

Qualifications\n

Candidates for this position should meet the following qualifications:

• Active License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and their families.

• Commitment to maintain a flexible availability of 30+ hours/week.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who possess:
