Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-on-one therapy sessions in an outpatient setting, with the goal of seeing 1 to 2 patients per hour to ensure thorough care and attention.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing their specific rehabilitation needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities tailored to maximize recovery and enhance patient outcomes, focusing on goals such as pain reduction, mobility improvement, and functional independence.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of treatment plans and patient progress using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and adapt comprehensive care strategies, leveraging group insight to improve service delivery.
• Educate patients and their families on appropriate therapeutic exercises and self-care strategies to empower them in their rehabilitation journey and promote long-term health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at our facility, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population consisting of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid California PT license or eligibility to obtain one.
