This position is based onsite within our Orthopedic Outpatient Office, where you will work closely with a team of skilled healthcare professionals dedicated to delivering comprehensive patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, one-on-one therapy sessions to patients, successfully treating 1–2 patients per hour .
• Implement evidence-based techniques and modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training to facilitate pain management and functional improvements.
• Continuously assess and adapt treatment plans based on patient progress, ensuring each program evolves to meet clinical outcomes and the specific needs of each individual.
• Effectively document patient care and treatment outcomes using WebPT, ensuring accurate and timely communication with medical professionals involved in the patient's care.
• Engage with patients and their families to educate them on therapeutic goals, progress, and home exercise programs, fostering a supportive healing environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and postural dysfunctions. As an orthopedic physical therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from young athletes to seniors seeking to regain functional mobility. Qualifications

• Possession of a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid and active California Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain one) is required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed physical therapist, specifically in an orthopedic or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, particularly WebPT, to enhance clinical efficiency.
• Experience utilizing various treatment modalities and rehabilitation strategies tailored to individual patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits
