Office Coordinator – State Farm Agency

Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + Benefits

Our State Farm Agency is seeking a highly organized, experienced Office Coordinator to help drive daily operations and support our growing team. This is a leadership-focused role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to keep everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee daily office operations and workflow
  • Review and maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Assist walk-in customers with professionalism and efficiency
  • Support team members with questions, processes, and problem-solving
  • Write and service insurance policies as needed
  • Help manage and guide team performance
  • Contribute to a positive, productive office culture
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and support business growth
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2+ years State Farm agency experience (required)
  • Active 440 license (220 preferred)
  • Active Life & Health license (required)
  • Experience working with multiple insurance carriers
  • Proven experience managing or mentoring team members
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a dynamic environment
