Office Manager

Veridian Tech Solutions, Inc.

We are looking to hire for the following opportunity: Office Manager Location: New York City, NY Job Type: Part-Time (20–25 Hours/Week) | Contract-to-Hire (6+ Months) Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (3 Days Onsite) Must Have Skill Microsoft Excel Key Responsibilities Manage front desk operations and greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. Handle incoming calls, emails, courier services, and visitor management. Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting spaces are well maintained. Support office administration, pantry, stationery, and workplace logistics. Assist with employee onboarding logistics, access cards, and workplace requests. Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and routine facility services. Support office events, employee engagement activities, and other operational initiatives. Ensure compliance with workplace policies, security protocols, and administrative procedures. Provide general administrative support to the Support Operations team as required.
