Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately understand clients' concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to each client's specific needs, utilizing techniques that encourage engagement and foster progress.
• Provide crisis intervention and support, particularly during acute mental health emergencies, ensuring clients receive timely and effective care.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including detailed treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, while adhering to all ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and social workers, to construct a holistic approach to client care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for client rights and needs throughout the process.
• Engage in continual professional development through training programs, workshops, and staying updated on the latest advancements in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a broad range of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. Your ability to develop rapport and trust will be crucial in assisting clients from various backgrounds and demographics, including culturally diverse populations seeking mental health support.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, enabling you to understand client needs thoroughly.
• A minimum of two years of related experience in a clinical setting, providing a solid foundation for your therapeutic practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective client interactions and teamwork.

Preferred Experience

• While a minimum of two years of related experience is required, previous experience in a telehealth setting is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
