Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately determine clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans, ensuring that all interventions align with their goals.

• Provide therapeutic interventions in a timely and professional manner to clients and their families, evaluating and adjusting service plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage in interdisciplinary treatment planning, collaborating with partners such as social services, welfare-to-work staff, and other treatment providers to meet the complex needs of clients.

• Monitor productivity metrics and adhere to contract specifications related to units of service delivered.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adult clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including those with substance use disorders or chronic disease management needs. Your ability to understand and empathize with their individual experiences will be fundamental in creating effective therapeutic alliances. As a counselor in a telehealth setting, you will also facilitate connections for clients to community resources and support systems that promote recovery and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field, with an active LPCC license in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of various counseling theories and practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
