Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing various communication methods such as video calls, audio messages, and interactive tools for journal tracking and goal management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with low-acuity adult clients who may be dealing with mild to moderate mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship concerns, and grief counseling. The platform does not accommodate children or individuals with severe psychological disorders, allowing you to focus your expertise on those needing support within your specialty.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, prospective candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Possess a full and active LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) license in the state of California, with no disciplinary actions against it.

• Have reliable internet access and be equipped with a desktop computer or laptop (tablets are not accepted) to facilitate effective telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

South Pine Counseling Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000. Our full-time counselors are also eligible for:
