Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality mental health counseling to a specific caseload of patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and clinical judgment to determine the most effective treatment modalities.

• Engage with clients through multiple channels, including audio and video communication, online journaling, and goal tracking, ensuring comprehensive care tailored to individual needs.

• Continuously monitor and assess client progress, adjusting therapeutic strategies as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary patient population includes low-acuity adults who are experiencing manageable challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, weight management, and grief. Our platform strictly screens patients to ensure that only those who are stable and in need of outpatient care are referred to you. This focus allows you to work in a collaborative environment with clients who fit your expertise, promoting more effective therapy dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A full Independent Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) designation without any disciplinary actions.

• A reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer or laptop (tablets are not supported).
