Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions remotely, utilizing video conferencing tools to engage clients comfortably and effectively.

• Assess clients’ needs through comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of each client’s progress, documenting treatment plans, session notes, and adjustments as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve include individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences, such as couples navigating relationship challenges, families dealing with transitional issues, and individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Your therapeutic approach will be informed by a strong sensitivity to cultural and social issues that may impact clients' experiences and treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current and active license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits\n
