Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client evaluations, utilizing established assessment tools and techniques to gain insights into their mental health status and needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to the unique challenges faced by each client.

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of modalities that may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other recognized practices.

• Guide clients in setting and achieving therapy goals, fostering resilience and personal growth through structured support and guidance.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards, ensuring that all client records are updated in a timely manner.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay informed about new evidence-based practices and advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relational issues, trauma, and more. Understanding and responding to the unique cultural, social, and economic backgrounds of our clients will be crucial in delivering effective care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a similar relevant field.

• Possession of an active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in Vermont.

• Demonstrated experience in effectively working with a diverse clientele, showcasing a strong commitment to culturally competent care.

• Proficient in using evidence-based therapeutic interventions and adapting techniques to suit individual client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
