Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day operations will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on serving adult and geriatric populations, with an opportunity to expand your expertise to pediatric clients in the future. You will develop individualized treatment strategies for clients facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and significant life transitions.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and characteristics:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a LMFT in the state of California.
\n
• Strong knowledge of clinical models and theoretical frameworks to effectively guide therapeutic practices.

• Exceptional skills in building therapeutic rapport and fostering a safe therapeutic alliance.

• Proficiency in maintaining accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation.
