Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and personalized assessments to understand client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license in Mental Health Counseling, such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R, or PsyD.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trust and rapport.

Preferred Experience\n

While a Bachelor’s degree is the minimum requirement, candidates with further education such as a Master’s or Doctoral degree in related fields will find themselves at an advantage. Experience in delivering therapy in community health environments or via teletherapy is highly valued, as is familiarity with electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
