Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly and compassionately.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to balance a caseload while maintaining a high standard of care.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
