Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders via remote methods, including teletherapy.

• Establish and maintain positive rapport and trust with clients and team members, which is essential in building a supportive therapeutic relationship.

• Conduct developmentally appropriate screenings and assessments, employing evidence-based techniques to accurately evaluate client needs.

• Develop, implement, and manage integrated care plans that ensure access to services, promoting the healing and recovery of clients.

• Offer brief interventions, crisis management, and follow-up services tailored to individual client situations and preferences.

• Carry a diverse caseload, effectively conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions as required.

• Assist with on-call coverage as needed, providing support during and after normal program hours.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential in Kansas.
