Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver ongoing counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide clients through their challenges and support their growth.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records, including patient medical histories, psychological assessment results, updates on diagnoses, treatment plans, prescriptions, and client outcomes.

• Actively collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support systems for clients, addressing psychosocial stressors and facilitating appropriate community resources.

• Provide educational support to fellow team members regarding clients' unique needs, fostering a team-oriented approach to achieving positive family outcomes.

• Work in a crisis-driven environment, demonstrating expertise in areas such as substance abuse, domestic violence, child maltreatment, trauma, and prevalent mental health conditions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of California.

• At least one year of relevant clinical experience providing counseling services to diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
