This position is fully remote, providing a flexible work-from-home structure while also supporting in-person sessions at our outpatient office located in the vibrant city of Austin, Texas. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s needs.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Engage with groups, families, couples, and individuals to deliver therapeutic support and promote mental well-being.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines while documenting the progress of each client.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards pertaining to mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At King Rail Youth & Family Clinic, we value our team’s contributions by offering a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by performance bonuses.
