Role Description We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen and takes pride in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Compensation Pay is based on experience. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of professional kitchen experience as an experienced Sous or lead position preferred. Experience in elevated or fine dining is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards. Passion for food quality, consistency, and teamwork. Bilingual in Spanish / English is a plus. Responsibilities Assist the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations. Lead and motivate the kitchen team during service. Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet our standards. Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards. Assist with inventory, ordering, and staff training. Help create a positive, professional kitchen culture.
