Key Responsibilities

As a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner at Renewed Women's Health Clinic, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing independent advanced clinical assessment and diagnosis for patients, creating individualized care plans aimed at optimizing health outcomes.
• Managing a variety of medical conditions, including chronic diseases, routine care needs, and acute health issues following evidence-based practices in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Performing both non-invasive and invasive procedures with precision, including gynecological exams and minor surgical interventions, ensuring comfort and safety for patients.
• Utilizing clinical judgment to make informed patient management decisions independently while consulting with attending physicians or specialists when necessary.
• Serving as a key educational resource for fellow healthcare providers, including nurses and medical residents, fostering an atmosphere of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree, Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), or PhD in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
• A valid and unrestricted RN and Nurse Practitioner license in New York State.
• Current BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• DEA certification to be obtained within three months of hire.
• Proven experience with at least one year of outpatient nurse practitioner experience focusing on obstetrics and gynecology, including triage experience.
• Exceptional clinical skills with the ability to assess, diagnose, and manage patient care autonomously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• An independent, organized work style with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Experience

While the minimum experience required is one year, preference will be given to applicants who have more than two years of recent experience in an outpatient setting, particularly regarding clinical quality improvement processes and direct patient care in women's health.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $220,000, based on your qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
