Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to collect comprehensive information about clients' mental health histories, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating measurable goals and therapeutic interventions that align with clients' needs.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and holistic client care.

• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and formulate safety plans to ensure the well-being of clients facing immediate challenges.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation that complies with legal and ethical standards, ensuring continuity of care.

• Lead group therapy and psychoeducational classes to engage clients and promote a sense of community and belonging.

Qualifications\n
