Work Environment\n

This is a 100% remote position, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, without any on-call responsibilities. You will work with a diverse team that values collaboration and communication while utilizing a comprehensive electronic medical records (EMR) system to document care seamlessly. Our operational support teams are readily available to assist with any technical challenges or operational queries, ensuring that your focus remains solely on patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with individual adult clients in hospice care, using proven methods to guide them through emotional and psychological difficulties.

• Engage in meaningful collaboration with other psychiatric providers and counselors to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, maintaining continuity with integrated treatment plans.

• Monitor clients' progress by utilizing automatically administered symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures, adapting treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs.

• Participate in weekly clinical drop-in consultation sessions to receive ongoing support and guidance from leadership and peers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on individuals in hospice care—patients dealing with complex emotional responses to terminal illness and their families navigating grief and loss. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work, with current licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with adult populations, preferably in a mental health capacity that involves higher risk populations.

• Independently licensed and in practice for at least one year, showcasing your ability to manage diverse clinical scenarios effectively.

• Two years of recent experience implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities focused on adult patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses.
