As part of our mental health counseling department, you will be functioning in a supportive and dynamic remote setting. The typical work hours span from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with the possibility of occasional evening hours based on client appointments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and substance use challenges, with a focus on identifying co-occurring disorders.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of client progress, therapeutic interventions, and any referrals in line with ethical standards and legal mandates.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic frameworks for treating co-occurring disorders, specifically Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• A solid understanding of the relationship between mental health and substance use disorders, along with exceptional interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
