Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals with diverse backgrounds who experience co-occurring medical conditions, including but not limited to autoimmune disorders, substance use disorders, and chronic pain. Your role will be pivotal in helping these individuals navigate their challenges and fostering a supportive environment where they feel heard, understood, and empowered in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• Minimum of a Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

• Proven experience in providing mental health services to patients with co-occurring medical conditions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills, demonstrating the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

• A strong commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical guidelines to protect patient confidentiality and trust.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
