Work Environment\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor role is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work environment that promotes work-life balance. Our integrated care team meets regularly via virtual platforms to discuss patient cases, share insights, and ensure cohesive treatment plans. While the work schedule typically runs Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, occasional evening shifts may be required based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on serving a diverse patient population experiencing complex mental health and medical challenges. You will work with individuals dealing with chronic pain, psychological trauma, and other co-occurring conditions, highlighting the necessity of an integrated approach to care.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Psychologist (LP), or Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) in Kansas.

  Demonstrable proficiency in working with individuals who have co-occurring mental and medical conditions.

  Prior experience in delivering integrated care alongside healthcare providers is preferable.

  Strong ethical standards, confidentiality adherence, and professional boundary maintenance.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
