Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand the unique experiences of each patient and devise effective treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Kansas.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, with proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches grounded in cultural sensitivity.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy while employing inclusive approaches to meet the diverse needs of patients.
