Work Environment\n

This full-time position features a remote work setting, enabling flexibility while ensuring you remain connected to your team and clients. The work schedule typically runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts that may be required based on patient needs. Our telehealth facility allows for effective communication and interventions, ensuring that you can provide high-quality care while working from the comfort of your own environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify and evaluate the mental and emotional needs of clients, considering their associated medical conditions.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are aligned with best practices, addressing both psychiatric and medical aspects of care.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based models, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the specific needs of each patient.

• Collaborate closely with medical professionals within our integrated care model to design cohesive treatment strategies, facilitating better patient outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support for clients during mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and access to necessary resources.

• Educate clients on the interconnectedness of mental health and physical wellness, empowering them to take an active role in managing their health.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in alignment with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

• Contribute to team meetings and case conferences, engaging in interdisciplinary care planning and knowledge sharing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals facing co-occurring mental health and medical conditions, including chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use issues. By addressing both sides of their health challenges, you will play a critical role in improving holistic outcomes and quality of life for these patients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Strong understanding and experience in treating individuals with co-occurring medical and mental health conditions.
\n
• Proven ability to implement integrated care practices in collaboration with medical professionals.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills conducive to building trusting relationships with clients.

• Adherence to professional ethics and patient confidentiality protocols.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
