Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify emotional and psychological needs, considering any co-existing medical conditions that may influence mental health.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that integrate both psychiatric and medical care, ensuring a holistic approach to each patient's treatment.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster patient growth and recovery.

• Coordinate with medical professionals to discuss patient progress, treatment adjustments, and to ensure continuity of care for patients with complex needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and strategic crisis management to clients experiencing acute mental health episodes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of adults facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and those with comorbid medical conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• A strong foundational knowledge and experience in treating individuals with co-occurring medical and mental health conditions.
