Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Aspire Community Rehab and Counseling Center, you will work primarily with individuals facing mental health challenges compounded by medical conditions. This could include patients with chronic illnesses, mental health disorders, addiction issues, and other complex needs. Your role will be pivotal in facilitating their journey toward improved health outcomes through tailored interventions and comprehensive support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Proven experience in working with clients who have co-occurring medical and mental health conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Strong adherence to ethical guidelines and professional boundaries, ensuring a safe space for patient expression.

• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and other digital tools to enhance patient care delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

While a particular level of experience is not mandated, candidates with a background in integrated care settings or familiarity with treatment methodologies for individuals with complex mental health and physical health needs will be favorable. Experience providing telehealth services is also a plus, given the nature of remote work.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package includes an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer:
