Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), specifically tailored to client needs to facilitate stress reduction and emotional regulation.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify individual clients' stressors and goals, guiding the personalization of mindfulness techniques and therapy plans.

• Lead clients through guided mindfulness exercises, meditation routines, and breathing techniques aimed at enhancing self-awareness and stress management.

• Develop and facilitate engaging group workshops focusing on mindfulness practices, resilience-building, and stress management strategies.

• Utilize individual therapy sessions to address specific mental health concerns through the integration of mindfulness practices, enhancing clients' therapeutic experiences.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers to create a holistic approach to client treatment that includes mindfulness as a core element.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong foundational training in mindfulness principles, particularly in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), is preferred.
