Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological, emotional, and social needs, identifying core issues and treatment goals.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, ensuring they align with best practices and the latest research in mental health.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques to deliver effective interventions for individuals, couples, and groups.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups that foster shared experiences and community among patients, addressing prevalent mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression.

• Coordinate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to facilitate integrated care that addresses all aspects of a patient’s well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention services when needed, ensuring that patients receive prompt and effective support during mental health emergencies.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential records of patient interactions and treatment progress while complying with HIPAA and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient demographic, including individuals experiencing challenges such as depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist.

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a Master’s degree preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in clinical practice and theory.
