Sobre a vaga: O Sales Development Representative (SDR) é responsável por prospectar potenciais clientes, diagnosticar as dores das prefeituras e agendar demos para apresentação do nosso produto. O SDR reporta diretamente ao Head of Sales. (Semelhantes: Analista Comercial, Vendas Externas, Prospecção, Inbound) Responsabilidades e atribuições Prospecção receptiva: Fazer ligações identificando o perfil de potenciais clientes e retornar aos leads gerados por marketing, parceiros ou em eventos. Trabalhando com estratégias e ações de Inbound com foco em prefeituras; Agendar reuniões com clientes potenciais: Organizar o agendamento de reuniões com os clientes, que será o momento para se aprofundar ainda mais no diagnóstico, com o objetivo de entender as oportunidades e transformá-las em clientes; Identificar as necessidades e ofertar nossos módulos: Negociar com Prefeituras para entender como nosso produto pode se encaixar na realidade de cada uma delas, ouvindo e analisando os cenários apresentados por clientes; Planejar e acompanhar as metas: Alimentar os KPI’s de performance de suas vendas através do CRM, de acordo com nosso playbook de vendas. Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos Atuação em vendas consultivas; Conhecimento de metodologias/técnicas de vendas (Spin Selling, GPTC e afins); Gostar de desafios e que seja motivado a superá-los a cada dia; Comunicativo e que saiba se expressar bem de forma verbal e escrita; Apaixonado pelo ambiente comercial. Diferencial Familiaridade com Softwares, em especial Softwares Enterprise; Vivência no ambiente de startup; Compreender inglês e jargões/termos da sua área. Informações adicionais
