Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial thorough assessments of patients to evaluate their physical conditions, functional abilities, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that align with patient goals and progress.
• Utilize hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities to enhance recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery strategies, including customized home exercise programs and preventative care to minimize future injuries.
• Track and document patient progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on individual responses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records that comply with both state regulations and organizational standards.
• Stay informed about the latest advances in physical therapy practices and integrate innovative techniques into your patient care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will assist at our Rehabilitation Center are varied, including those recovering from surgery, managing chronic conditions, or rehabilitating after sports injuries. Your role will be crucial in helping them regain strength, mobility, and a better quality of life. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate or Master's preferred) from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a current Physical Therapist license valid in Florida.
• At least three years of relevant experience in physical therapy or a closely related field.
• Demonstrable clinical skills with a solid understanding of therapeutic techniques and patient evaluation standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with patients and collaborating with team members.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
