• Collaborate with our Content Manager to develop optional "Expert Insights" pieces that enhance your professional profile.

• Lead support groups based on your interests and expertise, fostering community and connection among members.

• Receive client referrals directly, allowing you to build and maintain a steady caseload.

• Work closely with our Clinical Operations Teams to streamline workflow and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Participate in optional monthly peer group meetings to share insights and enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with individuals struggling with alcohol use and seeking change. You will engage with clients who may prefer moderation rather than total abstinence, requiring a strong understanding of harm-reduction models. A key aspect of your role is to cultivate a therapeutic relationship built on empathy, motivational interviewing, and evidence-based treatment methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in the state of California.

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.

• Training and proficiency in CBT, DBT, and Trauma-Informed Care, with a focus on motivational interviewing techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses.
