Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct 30-minute virtual counseling sessions, addressing the unique concerns and aspirations of each client.

• Utilize a person-centered approach to guide clients through emotional and psychological challenges, including work stress, procrastination, and achieving work-life balance.

• Assist clients in setting and achieving personal and professional goals, offering tailored support to enhance their overall well-being.

• Collaborate effectively with the internal clinical team, sharing insights and suggestions to continuously improve our telehealth platform and counseling programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals navigating sub-clinical mental health challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, stress management, relationship issues, and personal development goals. Our diverse client base requires sensitivity and adaptability, ensuring that each individual feels heard, understood, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited educational institution.

• An active and valid license in your state or jurisdiction (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) is required.
\n
• A minimum of two years of post-master’s experience in providing mental health services to individuals facing emotional challenges.

• Ability to establish quick rapport and maintain strong, empathetic communication with clients, particularly in a virtual setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems enhances workflow efficiency, though not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
