Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and clinical evaluations to ascertain clients' mental health needs and formulate appropriate treatment strategies.

• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy to a diverse client population, employing solution-focused techniques and cognitive behavioral strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will include a broad spectrum of adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. By collaborating with clients to understand their unique experiences, you will play a vital role in empowering them to achieve their mental wellness objectives.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport-building with a variety of clients.

• Strong organizational abilities and effective time-management skills to handle multiple clients and therapy sessions seamlessly.

• A demonstrated commitment to compassion, empathy, and maintaining a non-judgmental approach in all client interactions.

• No history of disciplinary actions on licensure.

Preferred Experience\n
