Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and, when necessary, diagnose client conditions utilizing appropriate tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Regularly evaluate and document the effectiveness of interventions and adjust care plans accordingly, ensuring they are tailored to meet the unique needs and cultural considerations of each client.

• Collaborate with clients, their families, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and refine treatment strategies that align with established goals and desired health outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment progress, and clinical recommendations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in documentation.

• Support clients by providing education on mental health conditions, navigating treatment options, and connecting them with additional resources and services available through our network.

• Mentor and provide supervision to clinical interns and other personnel, contributing to their professional development and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
