Contract Administrator IIIMust-Have Skills:Global clinical contracting experience (Required)Thorough understanding of clinical contract terms and conditions.Experience reviewing, redlining, negotiating, and finalizing clinical study agreements.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and contract management systems.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, negotiate, and manage global clinical study agreements (CTAs) and related documents (ICFs, hospital use agreements, device purchase agreements).Review site/vendor redlines and negotiate contract terms.Coordinate with Legal, Clinical Operations, CROs, Risk Management, and global stakeholders.Resolve contract issues and ensure timely execution.Maintain contract records and upload documents into contract management systems.Manage multiple contracts in a fast-paced environment.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with 5+ years (or HS/Associate with 7+ years) of relevant experience.Experience in a legal, clinical contracts, or contract administration role.Medical device or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
