Work Environment\n

In this remote position, you will engage with clients through telehealth platforms and virtual sessions. The collaborative team environment fosters open communication, support, and professional development among colleagues. Our work schedule is generally Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to meet client needs, ensuring our therapists can provide care that fits into the diverse lifestyles of our clientele.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments employing solution-focused interventions to create tailored treatment plans for each client.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches to facilitate client healing.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to protect patient privacy.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals through regular case consultations and peer review meetings, enhancing the quality of care provided.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and connect them with necessary community resources to ensure comprehensive support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated expertise in solution-based psychotherapy interventions and the ability to customize approaches based on individual client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Forward Steps Psychotherapy offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
