Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Access Management in Everett, MA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, support access control activities, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.75 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Wed11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Thur11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, access points, operational areas, and perimeter areas; working environments and conditions may vary throughout the location. Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, observing visitor and contractor activity, and reporting unauthorized access concerns in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols and notifying appropriate personnel. Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities in required reports and logs, helping to deter unauthorized activity and support site operations. Minimum Requirements: The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
