Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, using standardized tools and interviews to gather information about symptoms and life circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC at Big Cedar Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse client base comprising children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. You will be equipped to address the unique needs of each client, tailoring your approach to their specific circumstances and goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active mental health counseling license in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing mental health counseling services in an outpatient setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage empathetically with clients.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
