Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients, employing evidence-based techniques tailored to their specific needs.

• Engage actively in group and individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and maintain high professional standards.

• Coordinate with the Oregon Health Authority to manage enrollment and discharge data for clients engaged in problem gambling treatment.

• Collaborate with community agencies—including schools, police departments, and healthcare facilities—to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address each client's unique circumstances.

• Educate various community groups on behavioral health and addiction, promoting preventive measures and resources available.
\n
• Attend and participate in trainings, meetings, and conferences to stay current with relevant practices and policies, integrating new knowledge into your therapeutic approach.

• Develop, implement, and maintain a Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement (QA/QI) plan, including necessary policies and procedures to ensure clinical excellence.

• Complete additional duties as assigned by management that contribute to the overall objectives of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position is on an adult population, many of whom are navigating complex mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and other mental health conditions, providing them with coping strategies and support through their recovery journeys. Adopting a client-centered approach, you will create and maintain therapeutic rapport that fosters trust and engagement.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a relevant graduate degree from an accredited institution, specifically a Doctor of Psychology (PhD or PsyD), Master of Social Work, Master in Professional Counseling, or Master of Marriage and Family Therapy. Candidates must also possess the necessary qualifications for licensure as an LPC in the states of Oregon and/or Washington.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of three years of experience working in a mental health capacity is required, with a preference for those who have experience in outpatient settings. Candidates with additional credentials or specialized training in behavioral health treatment modalities will have an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
